Please read these terms carefully before making any booking with TravelaDesty.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must carefully review all itinerary details, inclusions, and terms before proceeding with any booking. By completing a booking, the client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of the trip details.
Important: The booking amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once the payment has been processed.
Eligibility
Group trips organised by TravelaDesty are open to participants aged 18 years and above only. Participants below this age will not be permitted to join any group tour.
Permitted & Prohibited
Permitted
- Making genuine travel enquiries for the purpose of booking trips.
- Communicating with our representatives regarding trip-related needs.
- Sharing accurate and necessary personal information for booking purposes.
Prohibited
- Using our platforms or channels for spamming or unsolicited communication.
- Reproducing or using our content for any commercial purpose without written consent.
Liability
TravelaDesty shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of travellers during the course of the trip. Guests are advised to exercise personal care over their valuables at all times.
Identification
All guests are required to carry a valid government-issued photo ID card throughout the trip. Failure to produce identification when requested may result in denial of participation.
Itinerary Changes
The trip captain reserves the complete right to modify, alter, or adjust the itinerary at any point during the trip based on ground conditions, weather, safety, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Such decisions are final and taken in the best interest of all participants.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited on all TravelaDesty trips:
- Weapons of any kind
- Fireworks or pyrotechnics
- Toxic or hazardous substances
Code of Conduct
TravelaDesty organisers reserve the right to remove or evict any participant from the trip who is found to be misbehaving with fellow travellers, staff, or locals. No refund will be issued in such cases.
